My stay at Club Mahindra Emerald Palms had its ups and downs. The resort was beautifully kept and had great staff that made us feel welcome. However, my daughter’s birthday celebration did not go as planned, leading to a frustrating experience that overshadowed the positives. I appreciated the clean rooms and helpful staff, but the dining and service during the birthday event could use significant improvement.

Emerald Palms is a delightful resort for anyone looking to have a great time in Goa. The spacious one-bedroom apartment was perfect for our group, complete with attached bathrooms and a comfortable living area. The friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable, and the live music by Sanjeev Daniel was a lovely touch. However, the dining experience could benefit from more variety, and while it was decent, I can't say it blew me away. The resort is conveniently located just a short walk from Varca Beach, which is an added bonus.

I had a mixed experience at Club Mahindra Emerald Palms. The property has spacious rooms and a nice pool, but I was really disappointed with the air conditioning and the slow room service. The location is decent, not far from Varca beach, and there are some good dining options nearby. However, the constant disturbances from housekeeping in the morning were frustrating and definitely affected my relaxation during the stay.

I had an unforgettable experience at the resort. The hospitality provided by Ms. Padma, Pankaj, Tousif, and Atul was exceptional, making us feel right at home. The room was luxurious and well-maintained, with two bathrooms and a comfortable hall space, perfect for our family. However, while everything was great, I wished the variety of pastries offered at the restaurant could be improved. Overall, it's definitely value for money.
